Mr. Wilkerson is in his 11th year as a 5th grade teacher at St. Albans. He and his wife have lived in the dormitory for the past 8 years, and he coaches the A Form Basketball team. A huge supporter of athletics at St. Albans, he also announces the Varsity Football, Basketball, and Baseball home games.
Mr. Wilkerson holds a M. Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction (1994) from the University of Maryland at College Park and a BA in Psychology (1989) from West Viginia University.
Prior to attending graduate school, Mr. Wilkerson was a diesel mechanic in the United States Marine Corps Reserve (1984-1992), and he served in Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm (November 1990-May 1991).
Mr. Wilkerson's previous teaching experiences include Howard County Public Schools (student teaching), the American Red Cross (aquatics), Arthur Murray Dance Studios, the United States Marine Corps, and the Pressley Ridge School at Ohiopyle.
